Welcome to our charming lake house on historic Big Paw Paw Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront.  Extensively remodeled and renovated with brand new interiors, deck and dock. Situated on a channel of Paw Paw Lake, allowing privacy as well as easy access to lake.

 

There are two decks, and a private dock with room for 3 boats. This spacious, fully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage sleeps up to 12 persons.  Beautiful water views from every bedroom!  

 

On the upper level, there are two bedrooms, a full bath and half bath, a large sun-like room with great water views, a large living room with floor to ceiling windows, the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is conveniently stocked with all the necessities, including microwave, double oven, range, refrigerator and dishwasher. 

 

The lower level features two bedrooms, a full bath,  a spacious rec room, which include a foosball table, and the laundry room.   

 

Bedrooms are very spacious,  with ample storage space for personal belongings. There are brand new queen-sized beds in three of the bedrooms,  and new two twin beds in the fourth which can be pushed together to make a king-sized bed. Additionally, there are two pull-out queen sofabed in the family room and rec room. 

 

The outdoor living is complete with a beautiful new HUGE deck,  patio seating, grill, and a fire pit!  Enjoy the view from the deck with your morning coffee, lounge on the patio after a swim, or sit around the fire pit after dinner.
